I use dandelion because of its ability to relieve anxiety and depression.

A plant from the Asian herbs that I used in my garden was called katabatica.

Many people say that katobatica is a traditional Chinese herb.

Also, it’s said to have anti-aging properties, as well as antibacterial properties.

Some people use it for headaches and migraines.

Finally, some people say it has healing properties, so it’s recommended to use it regularly.

We also recommend that you avoid the poisonous dandelions.

They are not safe to use on your skin.

Do not use the dried leaves of dandelium, because they can cause lung and skin irritation.
