Make a tea with berries.

You’ll be glad you did.

The berries are packed with nutrients and a little bit of heat will make them taste fresh.

Make a tea from the fresh herbs.

You can buy them in any supermarket or on the market, or use a homegrown blend from the garden or at the farm.

If you’re feeling a little adventurous, you can add dried herbs or berries to make a full-strength herbal tea. 

You could use a mix of dried herbs and berries, but it will take a bit longer.

If you have an old-fashioned wooden teapot or pot, it will work.

How to make herbal tea What you need: 1 teaspoon of fresh sagebrush or rosemary herb (a little less if you don’t have it)1 cup of water (around 1 cup)1 pinch of salt1 tea bag (1 to 2 cups)1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon)Method: Step 1: Wash the sagebrush and cut off any small stems and leaves.

Step 2: Take the water and mix it with the salt, tea bag and pepper.

Add it to the water.

Step 3: Add the sage brush and mix with the water until it’s a thick paste.

Step 4: Add a little water to cover the whole tea bag.

Step 5: Place the tea bag in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to dissolve the paste. 

Step 6: Let it sit for about 30 seconds, and then turn off the heat.

Step 7: Take your tea bag out of the microwave, rinse it under cold running water, then put it in a bowl.

Step 8: Add tea leaves to the tea water, and let it sit until the tea leaves start to become green.

Step 9: Add fresh sage to the bowl and mix to coat the tea.

Step 10: Take a couple of tea bags and place them on a plate.

You should have about 3 cups of tea, about half a cup of the herbs.

Step 11: Take another tea bag, and place it in the middle of the tea, and fill it with water to make it a cup.

Step 12: Take one leaf of the green tea, wash it, then dry it with a paper towel.

Step 13: Take out the tea from one tea bag to another, and dry it on a paper-towel.

You should have 3 cups, or about half of the herb.

Step 14: Take some tea leaves and cut them in half.

You will have 1 cup of fresh tea, 1 cup from one herb and 1 cup more from the other herb.

Step 15: Place those tea leaves in a container, and cover with water.

You’ll have 2 cups of fresh herbal tea, or more than half of what you started with.

Step 16: Add water to the container, make sure it’s about 2 to 3 inches deep.

Step 17: Add more tea leaves, and continue adding water until you have enough tea leaves.

You may need to add more water to get the desired amount of tea leaves or herbs.

You can use a garden teapots or a pot with a lid or a ceramic bowl.

For a full strength herbal tea you’ll need around 2 cups, and I use a pot.

Step 18: Add herbs to the pot and let them sit in the water for about 1 to 2 hours.

Step 19: Remove the tea pot from the water, add herbs and then rinse under cold water. 

(Don’t rinse the herbs off the pot or you’ll dry them too quickly!)

Step 20: Take tea leaves from the pot, add them to the dried herbs, and allow the herbs to sit for another 30 seconds.

Step 21: Add salt to the herbs, a little more salt than the tea bags would normally need.

Step 22: Add some pepper to the herb, and mix them together until they become a paste.

You will have about 1/3 cup of tea.

If it’s too much, add a little salt.

Step 23: Take water from the tea-water pot and add it to a bowl to make sure the herbs are evenly mixed.

Step 24: Add your fresh herbs to your pot, and water them to get 1 to 1.5 cups of water.

(If you’re using a pot, just add the herbs and water to it.)

Step 25: Let them sit for at least 30 minutes, and if you want more time add some more water.
